Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We do accept returns and exchanges in respect to the following conditions:
    • Items must have been sold on our online store.
    • Items must be in original, perfect condition. (unworn, unwashed, tags intact and include original bag)
    • You have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return/exchange.
    • Items must be mailed back to us within 7 days of your shipment confirmation email. 
Do you charge returns fee?
We do have returns fee. There are 3% processing fee and 2% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

How can I return/exchange my items?

    2. Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense. Please provides us a tracking number via our email within 4 days of receiving confirmation email. So that we can track your return with you. You also can use our return service by selecting our preferred carrier and use the return label we email you. Please note, for exchange service, an invoice of $18 will be paid by you; for return service, a fee of $12 will be deducted from your online store credit. The return/exchange service helps confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress for added security.
    3. Drop off your return at your nearest shipping carriers. Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our Distribution Center, and for your online store credit to initiate or your exchange order to ship out to you.
 
What is your return policy for U.S online orders?
    • All products are returnable for an Online Store Credit with the exception of Caps, Shoes, Socks and Underwear.
    • All products from brand collaborations are final sale, no returns or exchanges available.
    • Items must be mailed back to us within 7 days of your shipment confirmation email. 
    • Items must be in their original condition.
    • We cannot refund the original shipping fees.
    • We are not responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs and/or custom charges
    • We are not responsible for damaged or lost items in return/exchange transit.
    • If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
Can I return discounted/sale items?
Discounted/sale items are only refunded for online store credit only.

What is your exchange policy for online orders?
    • Please note you can only exchange for a new size, color, or length (where applicable) of the same item.
    • We cannot accept exchanges without your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. If the size/color you want is no longer in-stock, you may return for online store credit. 
    • Items must be mailed back to us within 7 days of your shipment confirmation email. 
    • Items must be in their original condition.
    • We cannot refund the original shipping fees.
    • We are not responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs and/or custom charges
    • We are not responsible for damaged or lost items in return/exchange transit. 
When will my exchange order ship out to me?
Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed at our Distribution Center and for your exchange order to ship out to you.

 

What is your returns/exchanges policy for International orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders outside U.S region. All sales are finals, no refunds or exchanges.
