What shipping options are available?

All orders are handled by the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service or DHL. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and handling. During high-volume times processing times may be delayed to 1-2 weeks, however, we try our best to get items to you in a timely manner. On occasion and for specialty releases, we may state a different shipping timeline on individual product pages. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. 

 DHL delivery usually does incur higher customs fees, which are controlled by a recipients country, but offers a much faster and more secure shipping service. USPS delivery usually does not incur high customs fees (if any) but offers a slower and less secure shipping process. We provide our customers with both options.

 

Are there any deliveries restrictions?

Currently, we are unable to ship orders to the following locations:
 – P.O. Boxes
– U.S. territories including Guam
– Freight forwarding companies
– Military Bases
 Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

 

Is a signature required upon delivery?
Please note, some domestic orders over $200 may require a signature for delivery.

 

Can I choose a delivery date/time?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.

 

What do I do if my package or product is lost or stolen?

In the case of missing or stolen contents, we highly recommend you to contact shipping carriers. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen in transit.
